Order status

Gift sets ordered before 12:00 noon on weekdays will be shipped the same day via DHL. You can have the set delivered to your home or directly to the recipient of the gift.

Once your order has been picked up by DHL, you'll receive an email with the Track & Trace code. Track your package via: www.dhlecommerce.nl/nl/consument/track-en-trace

All orders are shipped via DHL. DHL delivers on the following days:
• Monday to Saturday: 08:30 to 21:30.

If you or the recipient are not home, DHL has several options to still deliver the package:

  • DHL ServicePoint
    You can collect your package at a DHL ServicePoint.
  • Delivered to the neighbors
    Your package will be delivered to your neighbors.
  • New delivery time
    You can choose a new time for the package to be delivered.
