If you wish to return (part of) your order, please contact us first at info@cosmeticacadeau.nl . Please include the following information in your email:

• order number
• name and address details
• which products do you want to return
• reason for return

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email). To process your return quickly, we ask that you include your order number, name and address, which products you wish to return, and the reason for your return (optional).

You may also use the European model withdrawal form , but you are not obligated to do so. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. If you only return part of your order, we will not reimburse you for the costs of delivery to us. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

To ensure your return is processed quickly, please notify us by email at info@cosmeticacadeau.nl. Please include this email with your return package so we know which order it concerns. You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. Our returns address is Zilverstraat 31, 2544EJ The Hague, The Netherlands.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. You can assess the products as you would in a physical store. However, to assess a gift set, for example, it is not necessary to open the packaging or break the seal. We therefore ask that you return the products with all accessories supplied, unopened, undamaged, unused, untested, in their original condition, and in their original packaging (if reasonably possible). If, during the cooling-off period, you have handled the products beyond what is necessary to assess whether you wish to keep them, we may deduct the resulting diminished value from the amount to be refunded. This diminished value can be up to 100%.
